A Personal Reflection

I hesitated before writing this. Not because I lacked conviction, but because I know how easily the world spins truth into sides.
But when your spirit stirs, when peace is being threatened not by the people, but by the power-holders behind closed doors—you speak. You must speak.
I’ve followed what’s happening with growing sadness.
Two U.S. senators reportedly traveled to Ukraine. Instead of peace they encouraging continued warfare.
They undermining the peace diplomacy that had been quietly supported by our own government.
These aren’t just headlines. This is the spiritual erosion of leadership.
What Happens When Peace Becomes Inconvenient?

Peace doesn’t always come with applause.
It doesn’t serve the arms dealers, the lobbyists, or those invested in perpetual control.
But it is the will of most people. Peace is natural to the soul.
And yet here we are—witnessing how peace negotiations are dismissed or derailed in favor of escalation.
There is a difference between defending life and provoking death. I believe this difference matters. Deeply.
A World Pushed Toward War by the Few, Not the Many

The heart of the matter is this: most of us want to live well, raise our children in safety, and build something lasting.
But wars are not waged by the many. They’re staged by the few. Often those who have nothing to lose.
Why are leaders whispering over maps?
They should be listening to the cries of mothers, healers, and those who carry the cost of their decisions.
The Spiritual Cost of Silence

My faith is not in governments. It’s in people.
And in the still, small voice that refuses to be quieted when something is not right.
Some will say I shouldn’t speak. But I say this:
Silence in the face of spiritual violation is complicity dressed as calm.
When elected officials undermine a President’s effort toward diplomacy, regardless of who holds the office, they are not serving the people.
They are serving their own legacy of power.
And when they do it to prolong war, I call that out.
Not as a political move—but as a spiritual one.
A Spirit That Refuses to Shrink Back

This is not about who you voted for. This is about what kind of world we’re handing to the next generation.
We’re being asked: Will we live in fear and manipulation or in courage and peace?
My spirit refuses to shrink back.
This is not about politics—it’s about the soul of our shared future. And my spirit cannot remain silent in the face of what I know to be wrong.
If This Spoke to You
